Ruppin, Bicycle path
As part of a large-scale project to upgrade public spaces in Jerusalem, infrastructure development and improvements were carried out with a focus on accessibility, green transportation, and commemoration.
A new public park was established near Ruppin Boulevard, featuring pathways, deck plazas, terraces, retaining walls, playground equipment, water misters, and landscaping. Additionally, a memorial was installed in honor of the victims of October 7 and the fallen soldiers of the "Swords of Iron" war.
New bicycle and pedestrian paths were paved throughout the city, including a route connecting the Valley of the Cross to Herzl Boulevard, which involved infrastructure work, retaining walls, and landscape development.
Furthermore, a bicycle path segment was constructed along Stephan Wise Street up to the Museums Junction, alongside road and sidewalk expansion, infrastructure work, and landscaping improvements—while ensuring smooth traffic flow.
At Sacher Park, a significant upgrade was carried out, including landscape development, pathways, a sports court, and the construction of a memorial honoring the fallen soldiers of the Red Army in World War II.
