SHOHAM Ltd. 
Expansion of Jaffa Street between Nordau Junction and Shaarei Tzedek Street to convert it into a two-way road, along with the widening of the nearby Shmuel Baruch and Shaarei Tzedek streets.
The project included infrastructure work, modifications to light rail lines, wall construction, and final development along the project area. The work was conducted in a densely urban environment, with efforts to minimize disruption to residents’ daily routines, commercial activity, and heavy traffic in the area.
The project was completed between 2020-2021, commissioned by the Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation.
