Tennis Center Building, Malha, Jerusalem

Construction of a new building for the Tennis Center adjacent to Teddy Stadium and the Arena.
The project includes the construction of the Tennis Center building, which incorporates a unique steel structure in addition to concrete, the establishment of both indoor and outdoor tennis courts, judo and squash courts, as well as infrastructure work and preparations on the building’s ground floor, designated for a commercial center that will feature shops and leisure and entertainment venues.

The project has been in progress since 2021, commissioned by the Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation.
