Renovation and upgrade of Pascal Square in the Pisgat Ze’ev neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The project includes infrastructure work, construction of walls and terraces, an underground pump room, the establishment of a memorial in honor of YAMAM fighter Pascal Avrahami, paving of the plaza, landscaping, and final development.
Pascal Square is a central location in the Pisgat Ze’ev neighborhood, serving residents for official ceremonies and community events. The project is being conducted at an accelerated pace to minimize disruption to residents’ daily lives and to ensure that state memorial ceremonies at the upgraded Pascal Square can take place as scheduled.
The project has been underway since 2024, commissioned by the Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation.
